Shipping:
- All the items in this shop are for pre-order (excluding the items
where the contrary is stated, for example exclusive pieces avaliable
only in one piece), it means that it will take 2-3 weeks to produce
the item specially for you!
When the item is made I will pack it and ship it.
- Please check your shipping address before placing an order! I will
not be able to change the shipping address once shipped, so this is
the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address. Please
check it twice for being completely sure!
I use standart PostNL shipping with Track & Trace or DHL standart
shipping with Track & Trace, depends on the item, your country and
the specific costs for your county.
- I am not responsible for any import taxes that may apply in your
country. Please check this before making a purchase. Thank you for
understanding!
Returns:
- If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact me within
14 days after recieving the order. Buyer pays for return shipping!
- Send the items within 21 days after recieving your order.
- If the item is returned in a worse condition then it was before
shipping it to the buyer, the buyer in responsible for the damage.
- Custom made orders can NOT be returned. This means if you've
chosen the "custom" option for an item and have ordered a very
specific size that was not in the list of standard sizes, or if you
asked me to customize the items with colours or an engraving which
are not typical to my design, this order can NOT be returned.
- I accept cancellation of orders within 1 working day. Please
understand that I am making every item and it takes time and effort.
Items that were already made are an exclusion to this rule, unless I
already shipped them! In that case you will need to wait until the
parcel reaches you and then return the items.
